What’s the benefit of using a travel planner or consultant, instead of a travel agency?
You only have one person to deal with at all times. You never have to sit on a call centre call and there are no opening/closing times to be bound by. Also, it is my reputation at stake, so I am much more invested than an employee of a company.

How much do your services cost?
My costs are paid by the supplier, not the client.

How far in advance do I need to book?
The sooner you book the better, the old days when it was last minute deals have gone, now it’s definitely the early bird catches the worm, but be aware that usually we can only get guaranteed prices on flights about 11 months before departure.

What if I need to cancel?
You will be subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier we use. The cancellation charges will be clearly set out when you book. You need to have travel insurance in place to protect yourself.

What happens if something goes wrong when I am away?
I am always at the end of the phone and will be there to help you. Obviously, you will need to have adequate travel insurance too.

What if I wish to visit a location not listed on your website?
I can source pretty much anywhere and any type of holiday, but I specialise in luxury experiences, these are just a few of the bespoke breaks I can offer.
