Naomi Riches MBE is a British adaptive rower who won a bronze medal at the 2008 Summer Paralympics and a gold medal at the 2012 Summer Paralympics. After leaving school with indifferent academic grades and little to no self-confidence, the consequence of severe bullying, Naomi set out to succeed by not being defined by her visual impairment. This has been the driving force behind all she has achieved. Her outstanding communications skills captivate audiences. Yet her greatest talent as a speaker is the ability to show people how, the qualities and attributes she developed through her early years, sporting career, and now in business can be applied to their lives, their teams or their businesses. Naomi’s open, honest and authentic style, along with her passion to inspire others shines through. 

Setting Sail on the Resilient Lady 

Launched in May 2023, the Resilient Lady is the third ship in Virgin Voyages’ fleet, boasting a sleek and contemporary design, with plenty of outdoor spaces to soak up the sun and sea views. It is a small ship with a maximum 2400 passengers with over 20 eateries – all included (excluding certain premium dining and entertainment combinations), incredible immersive entertainment and music, as well as fitness classes, pools, spa and gym.
